The gentleman who helped me was wonderful and when I called he was courteous and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained. My unit was spacious and easy to access and I felt my belongings were safe. HOWEVER, something is not right with the fees. My unit was advertised at $14/mo and a promotional deal was 50% off for 3 months. I never got anything 50%. My 1st month was $14-ish. The second month was $28-ish and the 3rd month $36-ish. My first 3 months were supposed to be $7, that's why I got the storage unit, because it LOOKED like value. I'm a low income earner and if I'd known it would be $36 a month I would not have done it. I NOW know that you have to have a protective insurance for it but that was not made clear to me upfront. And I never got the 50% off promotion. So I'm having to re-evaluate whether I want to continue doing business here.

Ernie, the representative I spoke to on the phone gave me the best deal at half off what the physical store could do for a special 3 months! I didn’t feel rushed and he didn’t make me feel ignorant for some of the questions I asked. Jim, the manager at the store has been so helpful! I had no idea there was a cart that I could use! 🤯 I’ve stored my life here 3 times now and hands down this time around has been the best!

I thought I was getting a good deal on a unit with one month free, but just three months in I received an email saying my rent would double in two weeks. When I reached out for clarification, the staff was rude and dismissive. It feels like they lure customers in with promotions, then raise prices sharply once your belongings are locked in. Be cautious—this place is not upfront or customer-friendly.
