I've been renting a storage unit in this location for years, starting when it was still Garage MaHaul. After SRA took over they've been raising my rent almost every year. The website price says $113 per month for my sized unit, but I am now paying $235 a month (not including tax) and it's going up again in July of 2026. So basically, they penalize you for being a loyal customer. This is a shame, because everything else is fine.

Truly liked this location a lot at first. Its clean and customer service was decent. But once the new year hit, I got hit. With an uptick in price that is, and without any warning. Had they been upfront before I contracted with them, I would have agreed and been more prepared. But to surprise me with an increase that surpassed 15% without notice or agreement was unethical and honestly felt disrespectful. I'm not sure how much I trust them to do business with going forward.

Terrible experience. I had property in one of their temperature controlled indoor units for a year and in that time, my property was damaged by mold and water. When I have tried to contact them regarding the insurance they provided I have gotten no response. I would not recommend

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this storage rental place. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I needed a secure, climate-controlled space to store something incredibly rare and meaningful to me — my 1-of-1 Jar Jar Binks signed Star Wars: The Clone Wars poster — and they treated it with the care and respect something like that truly deserves. Every employee I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain security, access hours, and climate control in detail, which gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my 1-of-1 Jar Jar Binks signed Star Wars: The Clone Wars poster was safe at all times. They even allowed me to use air fresheners in the unit to make sure the poster wouldn’t absorb any unwanted smells, which showed how flexible and accommodating they are when it comes to protecting valuable items. What really stood out to me was how welcoming and affirming the environment is. As someone in the LGBTQQIP2SAA community, I was treated with nothing but respect, kindness, and professionalism. It wasn’t performative or forced — it was clear that inclusivity and respect are genuinely part of how they operate, and that made the entire experience even better. When it came time to move out, they went above and beyond yet again. An employee noticed I was struggling and immediately stepped in to help, since my 1-of-1 Jar Jar Binks signed Star Wars: The Clone Wars poster was surprisingly heavy due to the 5-inch tungsten reinforcing. That extra help made a stressful moment much easier and showed how attentive and considerate the staff truly are. If you’re looking for a storage facility that’s secure, flexible, inclusive, and run by people who actually care about you and your belongings, I can’t recommend this place enough. My experience was genuinely five stars across the board.

No discoloration. No missing boxes. The care I took in packing mattered, of course—but the environment they provided made all the difference. This storage unit place didn’t just store my belongings—they protected a passion. They turned what could have been an incredibly stressful experience into something smooth, professional, and even reassuring. If you have valuables, collectibles, or something deeply personal that needs a safe home for a while, I cannot recommend them enough. If they can handle a 900,000-piece LEGO set, they can handle anything.
