Two days went by and I was unable to access my storage unit because the gate would not open. I tried contacting management, but they took no responsibility for the issue. I asked if they could offer a free month or some type of compensation since I lost two days of work because I couldn’t get my tools out of my unit, but they refused to help. On top of that, there is trash scattered throughout the property, and overall the experience has been very disappointing. Because of these issues, we will be moving our belongings to another storage facility. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
