Wow! Wow! Wow! Super great staff! Ms. Ashley Hawkinson and Erik McVay was very polite,patient, answered me and my wife's questions. They were also very informative and the tour was super great and the property was very clean and smelled fresh. I was completely satisfied with how they carried themselves and represented Stortropolis Self-Storage with professionalism,honesty and great customer service. Ashley Hawkinson, the store manager, was incredible to work with throughout the entire process, ensuring that I understood all the details and answering every question I had. She even helped me troubleshoot an issue with the automatic gate and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. The units are clean, spacious, and secure, with an incredibly convenient drive-up loading bay and climate control. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable self-storage with down-to-earth, helpful staff!

Ashley is wonderful very knowledgeable.She helped with any and everything to make our experience great. Eric worked very diligently multi tasking phone calls helping Ashley with getting paperwork. You guys make customer service with being in companies great again. Even though my husband had all of us laughing.
