I must say they have a great thing going all options and sizes and I have to tip my hat to Zack the Manager he goes above and beyond to get er done I also give a shout out to Joel over at Maize location he is very helpful And over the phone you can get very frustrated but hope you get Ms.Nancy but I highly recommend anyone trying to rent from prime storage only do business with a live in person physically... Overall they got all options 5 stars

The grounds of the place are very nice and clean grass is mowed no trash lying around . Kelly the front desk gal very personable and very helpful answered all our questions. We will recommend this place for sure . Customer service is hard to find these days and you have the right person in that spot . Kelly was cleaning when we arrived and came in with smiles at the front desk. We can see she takes pride in her job.

The storage was as expected. What wasn't, was the random monthly increase in price. Stored my boat there for 1.5 yrs. Started out at 160 a month. I just pulled it this month as the price went up to 265, for the same storage spot. Was told it just re-alogned qoth the "market" price. I see it as nothing but a money grab. Won't be going back as they also increase it with out letting you know, not even an email.
