I transitioned from the previous owners to boardwalk storage. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly with any situation I have had. They help me fill out all paperwork that comes up. I can pay online each month which is very convenient. The storage unit at very clean & I bought the lock so I have the keys. Like the fact you put it in your own password to get into the gate which makes it very safe

Thanks to Paige at Boardwalk Storage in Bowling Green Kentucky out Louisville road working with me up until last minute before my unit was to be AUCTIONED off I was able to get the bill paid and access to my unit to get my things stored in unit out of storage! Paige has a huge heart and she totally understands life happens sometimes and without her kindness and hard work doing her J O B and help from a dear friend of mine I'm blessed to not loos my things in my unit! Thanks Paige for all you've done to help me keep my sanity during this past month! You ROCK
