I just want to say how impressed I am with the new property manager. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about her tenants. It’s such a relief to finally have someone in the office who knows what they’re doing and goes out of their way to assist whenever possible. Her professionalism and willingness to help have made a huge difference. So glad to see this positive change! I recently went into the storage rental office feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. I had just come out of a really difficult relationship, and to be honest, I was nervous about going back to the same company because of a bad experience I had in the past with the previous property manager. From the moment I walked in, Arabella completely changed that for me. She was so kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me figure out exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed or judged. It meant more than I can put into words to be treated with genuine respect during such a stressful time. I ended up renting a unit from her, and I left feeling relieved and confident that I’m in good hands. With Arabella there, this place feels completely different. The company is lucky to have her, and I truly hope they keep her around!

I forgot to give a review yesterday got so busy. I recently visited Storage Rentals of America on Connector Rd in Georgetown to rent a unit for my three-bedroom apartment, and I had a great experience. The manager, Arabella, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to show me multiple unit sizes because I wanted to see the difference in the sizes so I could find the one that best fit my needs, and she was very patient throughout the process. She also explained the insurance requirements clearly, which I appreciated since I’m storing valuable and personal belongings. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make sure their items are protected. If you’re looking for a storage company that treats your belongings with care and provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location.

I rented here for the third time on Sat Fed 27 via their website. I paid the prorated fees and received my instructions to purchase a lock to bring with me. Upon my arrival sat evening 28th, I discovered my unit is not the garage door type but a locked door on the exterior of the secured lot. The secures lot has been unsecured (possibly since my last rental, but I’m not sure, one of the gates is inoperable and in the open position). I had no way to secure my utility trailer and personal belongings. I have tried multiple times to reach the property manager both in person and via telephone. I’ve spoken with the call center multiple times. The property is closed today, wednesday. I’ve requested a full refund. Let’s see how this turns out.
