We got a U-Haul only to discover that the storage mechanism didn't work… we call to no help finally they gave us another unit…they call I told them the extra fees of the U-Haul truck tried to blame us.. But gave us 25 credit for next month… rent with caution

Jenny BrianI have an indoor storage unit on National Turnpike, pay over a hundred dollars a month. The main gate has been broken for a week. I called on a Sunday to report could not reach anyone, so I called first thing Monday morning was told it would be fixed that afternoon. Went back the following Friday and it’s still not fixed. Also, they no longer have a hand cart inside because people keep stealing it and they have no plans to replace it.
