I was pleased with my rental so much so, I ended up renting 3 units in total. Lacey in the office was amazing! I do not recommend renting from them for several reasons. Security is not good, my units were tampered with and the gates are left open too much. Water has leaked into a couple of my units. What has really bothered me is that a couple months of renting then my bill is going up, each unit they are charging me more and more each month. I was not made aware of the unit prices to change especially after just a couple months. I feel it is a scam to get you in at a lower price then raise it because they can and you have to pay it or get locked out. Nobody wants to move out just to move to another facility. They are wrong and this is bad business. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone getting storage units it is a scam to lure you in! Hope this saves the next person all this trouble...

Service was fast and friendly. The lady who helped me I believe her name was Lacey was extremely helpful with all my questions. I didn't end up renting a unit due to shopping around, but due to her service this place is most definitely top of the list.

The staff member, Lacey, was really kind and she was quick with her responses to questions I had. We decided against renting a unit because of personal reasons. If and when we do decide a unit is right for us I will definitely be using extra space storage. Thank you for all of your help

I needed some place to store all my grandparents, and aunts stuff just until I can get my mom over to go through it all. This company & All the staff has been nothing but amazing and wonderful! They are very nice and helpful. I am beyond grateful for a storage unit company that truly cares about not only the customers belongings but the customer itself! Don’t go anywhere else but here! You won’t regret it I promise

Shout out to Extra Space Storage on Preston Highway in Louisville!! I have been with them longer than I can remember and I have always been treated well, the property is well cared for and I wouldn't want to store my property anywhere else! I cannot thank Lacy and Tanner enough for the excellent customer service and care I have received and for always going the extra mile!! Everyone I have dealt with there, over the years has been awesome! I've received mail promo offers from other places, but why would I leave when I've been happy and very satisfied here for years!
