The process for reserving a unit, followed by completing the rental portion was extremely easy! Mark was fantastic help in walking me through the online process and answered the questions I had along the way. He also provided info I hadn't thought to gather and even placed a follow-up call to be sure I had everything I needed (confirmation email with detailed instruction) and to answer any additional questions. In addition to the help, they have great rates and promos, too!

Walking into the rental office at Compass we were warmly greeted by Mark, who introduced himself and made us feel extremely welcomed. We had reserved a unit online prior to coming and instead of using the all online option, choose to go on person to finish up the rental. Mark was knowledgeable, friendly, personable and made us feel secure that we choose the right place. The office itself was clean, bright and staged with supplies for storage and moving. All of them were well priced, clearly marked and when I showed an interest, Mark was more than capable of answering questions about them and offering to point out current discounts to save money. He took us on a tour of our unit, to time to demonstrate how to use our code, and offered tips to help keep our stored property protected from the elements. The unit itself was in great shape, and very clean. Our experience at Compass was top notch. While you may find cheaper places, for me, the service, attitude, condition of the unit, security and location can't be beat.
