Shauna was exceptional to work with…especially for moving from a different state to KY. Her expertise and kindness made the long distance move a positive experience where we didn’t have to worry about the storage of all our belongings since the new house wasn’t quite finished. I highly recommend Shauna for any storage needs. I will certainly use her again in the future if storage is necessary.

This one of the few available climate controlled storage units in Richmond, overall it seems secure and conveniently available for its location near main Street. There are some pros and cons to this place so I will give a realistic review. Pros, it has a very thorough code system for access with security cameras all around. They allow you bring your own lock to lock your unit so you can get more advanced locks if you choose to. They have a flatbed dolly available (if it's clean) so you can load up heavy items and a lot of belongings. Cons: it's not the most cleanliness place, often I would come in and see a tar like substance on the floor, the dolly would sometimes be oily or dirty so be advised to bring a towel to wipe it off, a few times it would reek of marijuana, and that smell can get into cloth items, often time it will dissapate over time. They WILL increase your rates at multiple times throughout your occupancy, they will give you 30 day notice thankfully, but to increase steadily when I have other units in other locations that have kept my rate the same really displays some form of corporate greed. There have been no improvements to the location to constitute an increase especially to such a substantial rate. And finally, read your contract THOROUGHLY, you will find a lot of legal jargon in it that might raise a few eye brows as far as consumer protection. Overall, if you need a climate control storage unit when there aren't any available around town, I would definitely go here, but always do your research and shop around rates.

Good afternoon I truly wanted to share my experience today with one of your employees Miss Shauna. Today was my third conversations with different employees from your company from my initial acceptance of one of your storage units. I was very impressed with her professionalism , efficiency, her ability and willingness to troubleshoot, locate and resolve the previous administrative issues. Miss Shauna was so kind and patient as she reassured me that we would get everything done that needed to be . She was very prompt in handling a concern I had , where she had to call me back with the information . Why would I mention something in reference to this, because I have dealt with other individuals that has chosen to provide inaccurate information, therefore when you care enough about your tenants to assure them that the information given is correct that needs to be noted. Noted. She went over everything that was taken from the initial order a few days ago and all of the necessary corrections were made. Miss Shauna assured me that she would get corrected documents and corrected emails done and sent out and if I hadn’t received them in a timely manner to call her back. Employees like she is definitely encourages me to give good references to other people that may be looking for storage units..
