Absolute the easiest rental ever. We showed up-- called them,....they walked us thru the units we wanted to look at, and then completed everything, all while on the phone in a matter of minutes. Only needed a short term while we moved into a new house, but we would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Edit: It has been a week since I left my review and was told that someone would contact me, yet I have not heard a peep. Also, take a look at the rates currently posted on their website (screenshot below). You would think that they would give their existing customers better rates, and also reflect the increase on their new units. Nope. These people are crooks! STAY AWAY! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I’ve had two units with KO Storage, and about 5–6 months after moving in, the rates on both units were drastically increased. I’ve attached pictures showing just how steep the jumps were. When I called to ask about the changes, I was told it was due to “increased costs associated with keeping up the facility”—a vague and unconvincing explanation, especially since no noticeable improvements were made. It’s incredibly frustrating to commit to a storage provider only to have your monthly rate hiked up significantly with little warning or justification. Customers deserve transparency and fair, consistent pricing—not a bait-and-switch. If you're considering KO Storage, be aware that what you sign up for may not be what you continue to pay. I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that values honesty and long-term customer relationships.

Kept a house load of belongings and truck bumpers in here for a couple months. No problems whatsoever, very respectful and kind owners/employees. Very nice, clean, and dry units. Proper security and service while affordable. Would definitely recommend.
