All is pretty good. Really better when someone is in the office during the day & I don’t have to enter code especially when it’s raining. I did not like the rate increase 3 months after I moved in. Also, on the 2nd floor a light is out & has been for a month (or more?). Location feels secure & I like that!

I’ve been using Go Store It since June and overall I really like it so far. The facility is clean, safe, and has protected all of my belongings from June until now without any issues. I’ve never had a problem with damage, theft, or anything of that nature, which gives me peace of mind. The billing process is also smooth and never a hassle. The only downside I’ve experienced was a $20 price increase, but I do understand it’s part of inflation. Other than that, I’m grateful for this business and the security it provides for my things.

Be leery of these folks. They bait you into their facility with a low rent and within 6 months they double the rent on you and continue doubling it every 6-9 months. When you call them they say this is the result of increased operational costs which is fraudulent given their only variable cost is electricity. They are a classic bait and switch fraud.
