Denise, the manager I believe whom I met on Lockhart storage rentals of America office, has gone above and beyond to help me out in a very difficult time. She has the perfect mix of empathy and professionalism with helping people. I've had a few issues switching units in the past and she took care of all of that in 2 minutes. She's also been very helpful when things like the code wasn't working and all of that. I give her five stars because she's a five star manager.

UPDATED TO RESPOND TO OWNER: We DID contact you. JESSICA claimed that a notice "went out" in January. There was no such notice. This company is incompetently and unethically run. Original: My senior citizen mom, on a very limited budget, rented a small unit here when she moved to town. It was the first two months free and then $14 per month. She only got four months into this lease before they raised the rates. And they claim that they notified her, but there was no email and no notice in her account, which violates the terms of the lease agreement. Also, if you do choose to rent here, make sure you don't get stuck on row J. It is nearly impossible to get a vehicle over there and you definitely can't get a moving truck. Honestly, they should have reduced the number of rows of units because this property is not big enough for all of the storage units it has on it.

$150 late fee for 2 days late on the payment is insane. Especially after asking for it to be taken off because she was with her dad in the hospital those days and they said no.
