I'd like to tell whoever is in control over these storage facilities. That ur manager Ms. Denise on Dune rd. Is absolutely fantastic at her job. She has went over n above to handle my issues n situation I'm going thru. I just want to acknowledge this ladies hard work n never gave up till it was Satisfied by us both. So oneday my money gets right. I'll show some type of appreciation to her w lunch ,pizza r something to show good faith. Besides she's a Christian n made all the difference w all my situations in conversation. Thank u for such great management n great company. Thanks n God bless u all. 🙏 She needs a raise if worked for me. Please keep her happy. She worth the effort 👌

I made a reservation online and then called to set an appointment to view and sign the lease. Getting through the call center was a bit challenging! Don't recommend! BUT THEN I was transfered and spoke with Ms Jessica over the phone. She was quick, friendly and easy. I thought I'd see Ms. Jessica at the unit but I did not. I instead met Ms. Denise. This lady was not only informative but was also hilarious! She informed me that I cannot "live" in the unit.... SOOO many funny stories came after my shock of her needing to tell me such a thing. Move in and lease signing was incredibly easy with the e-sign option. I feel like this is the kind of place that I can reach out for any issues and Ms Jessica and Ms Denise will respond quickly because of the personal interest they both show. Who knows, I may be having coffee with these ladies on my days off of work.

I was hesitant at first to rent a storage unit for all the junk I had laying around, but as soon as I got on the phone with Jessica, her professionalism and knowledge of the process put me at ease right away. I highly recommend anyone to rent from her, she made everything smooth and easy And I will definitely be using their services again and respectfully….. she was pretty easy on the eyes as well.
