II didn't have a place to store my things.and I had very little money, but with what little money I had, I was able to rent a storage unit. This storage facility was a godsend during a very critical moment in my life. It's a place with excellent prices that fit my budget. I'm happy to be a part of this place. The management at the Louisiana location is top tier. However, the headquarters for Self Storage is located in another time zone (EST) so therefore when paying online after 11pm, where my unit is, I have been FINED a late fee which is unfair, due to the location of my storage unit (in my case CST.)
