I moved to Louisiana and it was the move from hell. I made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing Swift Shift and their cohearts All Seasons Movers. These people took my furniture on the 1st of January and 12 days later, it was finally brought to Cube Smart. But after dealing with Jaylen and Lance at Cube Smart on Johnston Street in Lafayette, I felt so much better. From the day my furniture was picked up I was dealing with Jaylen over the phone. I called CubeSmart Storage, and got confirmation on the availability of the unique size I needed. I took advantage of the online pricing and was pleasantly surprised at the security and safety of the entire complex! It took me 10 minutes to rent a unit and within 15 minutes, I had access to it through the keypad. My wife even made the comment…” I feel 100% safe coming here by myself at night and I’ve never felt that way at our previous storage units!” Jalen Was very helpful and attentive to my needs and questions.
