It's fine. Clean, staff was nice when we interacted. Our unit is by the back/side entrance. It's clean, the carts are good, rows are wide. moving in one evening, the entry near our unit was not opening. The code box accepted the code and acknowledged my name but door didn't operate. Given the difference in convenience between entering there vs the front, that was a real setback that day. My family mentioned it again a few days later, so idk if that's an issue or a time of day thing. Also one evening the automated lights in our section didnt come on so we moved and organized in the dark, not ideal. So altogether, it's fine, nothing amazing but nothing terrible. Best thing about it is how close it is to house. Thanks!

Great customer service! The staff is nice and understanding. The company on the other hand isn’t so great. My storage unit went up twice in one year. Since I moved in rent increased $200 and the unit isn’t a climate controlled unit.

Scott was great! He was very resourceful and courteous. Storage space and place of business was very maintained and cleaned as well. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
