Do not rent here if you are African American I believe the people that own it lives here and are very rude and disrespectful of breaking in and stealing even though I had to use a code to get in the building and use a code to get out of the gate Do not wear any name tags do not tell you who they are just run up on you and accuse you of stealing So if you're African American I would not rent from this place the folks that on it seem very racist and rude They have a male in a female Karen that approached me at the same time and accused me of breaking in of the property The price for the smallest unit is $78 which is way too high Just got it because we was not too far from the house but my nd day of putting stuff in storage I was accused of stealing and breaking into the property Other people around but they come up to me go figure I'm born and raised here and I never noticed this place my st time raining from this place I mean this is how I get treated some one in my neighborhood

I love talking to/with the Front Desk Staff/Manager(s). They are so Friendly, & Courteous every time I go to pay for my unit every month, since I moved down from St. Louis, MO (2 years ago). My Older Sister got my Storage unit for me before I moved, so I could store my stuff in, which I'm glad she did, because I have THE BEST PLACE to go to for my Storage needs, & I will continue to use your services in the future. It is a mostly inside storage, insanely hot upstairs. The sizes range from about the size of a high school locker to a small size car garage. The lights inside are motion sensored so is mostly dark and depressing, but gets the job done on conserving energy and providing light. Large-size hand trucks are widely available, and a janitor keeps the floors looking tidy. I did not price much, but the 55 a month size held most of my apartment items, minus the bed.

If zero stars was an option, thats what I would choose. The storage units are poorly aired out and the building smells moldy and stale. I had called several times to cancel the storage unit but no one is available to assist or answer the phones. When I did get in contact with someone, I was given two different stories and charged a late fee. When I traveled there in person, I was met with rude customer service and unwarranted disrespect. The man in charge began to get beligerant and even chastistized me and hit the desk like I was a child. The service was unprofessional and I would never come back.

The customer service was great, and personal. The manager took the time to explain the safety procedures with me to ensure maximum security of my belongings. I will most definitely be a continuing customer.
