They raise the rent constantly and I haven’t seen any major improvements, also there is a door handle that has been broken for awhile and locks you out so you have to walk all the way around to get to your unit. I shouldn’t have to ask why this hasn’t been fixed, considering the amount we pay to rent. Update: They just emailed me in January, saying they are raising my rent another $40 after taxes yet again after it was already raised $40 in July! I’ve been renting from this place for almost 10 years, never been late on payments, and this is how I get treated? We used to be able to use the bathroom, use the dumpster- now there are less perks, yet we have to pay more- my mom has a storage unit nearby that is also climate controlled and she has paid less than I EVER have and they have never raised the rent in 15 years that she’s been there. You are definitely going to lose customers with this crazy mentality. I’ve already started moving my stuff out,, I’m tapped out over here.

We are moving to Prairieville from out of state and will arrive on a day that the office will be closed. Thank you to property manager, Kenneth, for going above and beyond to send us a personalized facility plan to help us orient ourselves before our arrival.

USA Storage on Hwy 42 in Prairieville is a well run and secure storage facility. Each customer has a unique code to operate the entry gate for entrance and exit. Recently I got some things out of our unit and got distracted while loading them into my vehicle outside the unit and failed to walk back over and close and lock the unit. I received a call from a gentleman working at USA Storage, I believe his name is Kenny. During his rounds he found it open and looked up my phone number in their records and called to notify me I had left the unit open! I returned shortly and found nothing disturbed and closed/ locked the door back. Thanks a lot for frequently monitoring your property and promptly notifying me of my mistake so i could return and secure it! Thanks again Kenny!

Nice unit, the rate increase is why I emptied my space. It went from paying 80.00 a month to 140.00 a month with tax included on a 10x10.
