Had the pleasure of working with Angel. She was the third person I spoke to today from KO Storage. She is the only one that verified my information and was very kind and helpful if I had dealt with her first there would be five star. To be honest if I hadn’t spoken to her and had just spoken to the first two I spoke with there would be a half a star. So thank you Angel for showing me amazing customer service

Just overall not happy with how things have gone very poor communication the price has gone up 4 times in a year !! I could understand one but four !! I was on auto pay and still they would add on fees i would not rent with them again
