I had a frustrating experience with this storage facility. When I originally reserved the unit, I was not given a unit number, which caused issues upon arrival and setup. There was no one on site to assist, and it made the move-in process unnecessarily difficult. After renting the unit for a couple of months, I decided to cancel. I made multiple attempts to call and cancel the unit but never received a return call. I eventually contacted the corporate number, where I was told the unit would be canceled, but that no refund would be issued—even though I had been trying to cancel for over a week. The lack of communication and support, especially when trying to cancel, was very disappointing. I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.

I had misplaced my gate code and arrived just before closing (around 8pm), so I was stressed thinking I wouldn’t be able to get in. Thankfully, Anthony answered my call right away and sent a new code straight to my phone with zero delay! I was able to enter, unload, and exit just in time. What could’ve been a total fail turned into a smooth first-time experience. And yes, it was my very first time there in person (not even kidding—I signed up online, picked it because it’s right between both my spots, and had to use GPS just to find it 😂). Needing support that late and actually getting it? That alone earns these guys my stamp of approval. P.S. I appreciated the text from Anthony afterward asking for a review—it actually felt personal, not like some cookie-cutter automated message. It was genuine. He helped fast, followed up respectfully, and honestly, that just sealed the deal for me. Another reason these guys are solid. A+ ✍️📲

I rented a storage unit from all-purpose storage at 76 Stevens road in Brewer Maine and I had lots of Mold issue. I filed a claim with the renters insurance company provided. I sent detailed pictures of damage. I was told by All Purpose Storage manager Kim that he reviewed the pictures and agreed I had a claim and I didn't need to be there when he inspected my unit for where water would enter and that was my mistake.My my claim was denied after bogus pictures sent to insurance company didn't show water entry. Update....11/21/2023..All Purpose Storage has not taken responsibility and appropriate further action to uphold their earlier response that this case should have been resolved with acknowledgement of a unit in need of repair and support for the insurance company to resolve this problem; I have made a report to the Better Business Bureau.

Jason did a great job fast and efficient. Kathleen was super helpful! I will use ASP Storage in the future if I ever need a storage unit again!

Making a big complicated move a few states away, I called all purpose storage and spoke with Jason. Jason was able to set me up with exactly what I needed, answered all my questions ans concerns. He went the extra mile to make sure was comfortable with my new unit. If you're ever having troubles remember the name Jason he gets the job done.
