They don’t bother to plow the facility properly. They go down the rows and push everything towards the storage doors and leave it like that for days. It freezes over and ice builds up the door tracks making it very difficult to open and close the doors of the units. I’ve spent way too much time chipping away ice just to get the door to latch properly. On top of that they are too cheap to install any lighting in or more importantly around the units. If you’re going to access your unit at night you really need to bring a lantern or a high powered flashlight. Despite the lack of investment in the facility they keep raising rates, but the lack of maintenance stays the same.

All purpose storage is a very fine facility, especially the one in Fairfield, Maine. The site manager, Nor, has always been courteous to work with over the phone. She was instrumental in helping me acquire a refund for both of my storage units due to extenuating circumstances out of my control. The two units I had were very clean and secure. I will surely consider renting with them again in the future.

These people don’t care what so ever. After I moved out due to MOLD on my couches and bed caused by there lack of structure ( the inside is all wood and had molded due to rain) told me to file a claim as I had purchased insurance only to deny stating it wasn’t there fault. I will never rent from them again. You’re better to save your money and go down the road.
