Dan at the Gray Road location has always been incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Most recently, he helped me - a customer now in California - and my sister, who lives in Maine, transfer my items from one unit to a smaller unit, as I no longer needed the additional space. Dan was incredibly helpful through the whole process, and made sure it everything was smooth and easy for both myself and my sister at the location. I give Dan my highest rating, he is incredible!

I had put this off till literally the day of my departure, and Dan did a super job of sorting out all the details for me, including coming in earlier than normal working hours to finalize signatures and get me in the unit. The site itself is clean, well-organized and safe. Highly recommended.

I am glad I found this storage place. Convenient, well staffed, and I feel like my belongings will be quite safe there. The price for a nice clean climate-controlled 10 x 10 was better than others I've seen. I also like that they didn't try to lure me there with a "special price" like another place I drove to and then found out that the price shown goes up a lot after a short term. I have a good feeling about Devon.
