I’ve rented with Devon twice and the second time was a terrible experience. Not only did their promotional rate change almost immediately but their key pad entry gate became broken and has stayed broken until the time of writing this. So I got charge more… for less. When I contacted the team at Devon they dismissed me, were rude and did nothing to remedy the issue I had with that. The unit itself also had a flaw where the lock on the door didn’t match up to the receiving end of the unit.
