I reserved a 12x40 car storage, have my reservation code hfaa4jbwz I call to pay for it and the guy says they are all full, I was supposed to talk with bryanna to pay but he wouldn't let me, what the heck?

Hi Edwin, this is the owner. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we do not offer indoor car storage, I believe that is what you’re looking for? If you want outdoor storage we certainly have a spot available. The call center sometimes doesn’t understand since they manage multiple facilities (1000’s actually).
