I rented a unit here in October 2024. In December, my lock missing and my bike went missing. I contacted the number given and was told to file a police report to be able to look into the situation. Once the police contacted all purpose storage, they were told that there are no cameras at this facility. I filed a claim with all purpose storage because they require insurance and I was paying them for insurance every month. They denied the claim because it was mysterious circumstances that the bike went missing. But how could it be anything but mysterious circumstances when they don’t have cameras to see what’s going on around there? According to the website and the customer service person I talked to, they have cameras at every facility. But they do not at this one. There is not a local office either. This whole situation took until mid February 2025 to work out. And after all of this happened, I was informed that the price per month of the unit will be increasing. Not worth your time or money. I was very disappointed with my experience and ended up moving my stuff to a different storage unit company.

I see they have other facilities with better reviews, and quite a few more too, but I can only share my own experience. I would not recommend this be anyone's first choice. It appears to be more affordable but they don't offer many services/features that may justify higher prices at a different company. Your mileage may vary though.
