Marsha is an excellent person and really knows her stuff; every question I had, she had a thorough response, and explanation if I needed. She was excited to show me several units in-person so I could have an accurate idea of how much square footage I may (would) need. When it came to the paperwork, Marsha once again was ready with answers and explanations on the more technical and legal sections. At the end of it all, I was left feeling confident in my understanding of the paperwork and lease terms, and safe in my decision to choose Extra Space Storage in Saco. The climate-controlled building and the random units I selected to view are impeccably clean. A restroom is not too far away, and exits are clearly marked, with signage on the aisle corners directing which unit numbers are in which direction. Thank you, Marsha!
