I wanted a 5 month storage stay for my convertible and I was having some trouble trying to complete the online signup, so I called KO storage and I got Johnson at customer service and Johnson took great care with my reservation. Johnson was very helpful. I just removed my car from KO storage and Bridget and Johnson were very helpful in closing my unit and account. I hope to rent a unit again next winter.

I have had an empty storage unit down there for a month while I sold my house and moved my things into a Pod. I contacted the manager Jessica about having my Pod brought down there for a few days while I transfer my things into the unit. She has been so understanding and helpful. Along with that she is easy to contact and she actually gets back to you. I am impressed with the way she operates and her customer service. Its hard to find that these days, so I would recommend KO Storage in Sanford hands down.!!!

Fair pricing, clean, safe, easy to access when I need to. Always feel comfortable entering, doing my thing, and that my belongings are safe and secure when I am not using them. Space is tight at home so have valued the ability to rotate holiday items and keep things that have sentimental value but lack space to store at home.
