Totally Over the Top service and reasonable, clean facilities! I'm not phone / computer literate. When I brought my old truck over the young lady in the office set up the app on my phone, signed me up and in, and brought me to the storage container. She showed me how to use the lock with the app and made sure that I could do it myself. They are even going to start the truck up a few times over the winter to keep the battery charged. Wow!

I got a storage unit paid for three months and they kicked me out within an hour If you rent from them, you will have to deal with mental illness. It’s a husband and wife situation and I think they might have marital problems because I did nothing wrong but giggling with someone’s husband. He gave me a three month deal and his wife was not happy. I put all my stuff in the storage and I had to take it all out. Very sad situation. Mental illness is a very hard situation in America. I feel sorry for her.

Stellar storage unit facility - highly recommend! I rented more than one unit at the Innovation Way site over a few months' time. Secure, clean, units (and you will never lose your key). The company staff are responsive and pleasant. If I reached out with a question, they responded in a timely way. I appreciate a live human being who cares and in person is a bonus. In my experience, humans who care are the best way to make sure things run well. The owners are local and invested in these storage units being run well. For my part, I paid on time and was also responsive if they reached out about a unit. I wish all storage facilities were like this one.

Wonderful facility, the ladies in the office are so helpful and considerate. The units are always kept clean and there is a wonderful surveillance system which helps me feel like my unit is protected 24/7 on top of the facility being completely gated. The facility is brand new and has these really cool locks I've never seen before. The locks open via phone as well as all the gates. Best storage I've ever been to and best part is their family owned so they are so much more flexible than most of the other nearby storages.
