Love the 24 hour access. Sometimes the gate has an issue with closing, but they're very upfront about it. The whole site is in very good condition. Always clean, always helpful, very direct and to the point. I've only had my rate raised once in a year - and it was only 10%. They recently imposed mandatory insurance, but it's affordable and reasonably priced - they include it with my rent. I would recommend.

Great experience with this business. Everyone was friendly at the front office and they are transparent on pricing & fees. I previously used a nationally owned company closer to my business (Prime Storage) and the experience was awful. The extra 10 min drive to Running Hill Road was worth it and I highly recommend this business.

I used to think this was one of the best places to store your items but recently the power went out and I was locked out with ZERO help from anyone! Most electric gates have backup batteries for when the power goes out. I also question how the facility was heated in the climate controlled storage units with the power out... It seems like a generator and some more insight on this issue would do everyone some good!

Great rates, I'm paying the same for a 10x 12 as I was a 6x10 in Saco. Janet was super friendly and nice. Check prices here before you rent else where. 24 hour access at no extra cost
