Theft. That's the best way to describe this company. After years of loyal payments, they are trying to steal over $400 from my family. We cleaned out our unit in February 24 and they sent us notice we were all set. Good news! Wait, now in March of 25, they sent a $450 collection notice without EVER contacting us or saying there is an issue. These people are scum bag thieves. Never rent from them or give then your credit card information (it will be stolen!).
