I have owned a unit at Broadway Self Storage for five years, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The customer service has been outstanding throughout that time. The facility is always exceptionally clean, both inside and out, and I feel very safe visiting at any time of day or night. The climate control is excellent and consistently comfortable in both summer and winter. Overall, it’s been a 10/10 experience, and I would highly recommend Broadway Self Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit. The location is also very convenient, right next to the Scarborough Connector with I-95 just around the corner.

This business is very well run! Chandra in the office runs a tight ship. Pricing is posted and fair. The facility is very well kept. I feel safe when I am there after hours. When moving in the middle of the pandemic, I had three units. As I completed many donations, I have now downsized numerous times to one small unit. The mechanics of all this were smooth because of the proper management of this facility. Thank you!

This storage facility is the best experience I’ve had renting storage units since 2019. Due to the pandemic and the uncertainty in the rental market I have rented at four different facilities. From the beginning Chandra was efficient and professional during all our encounters. I reached out via email and was able to go in the following morning to discuss the rental, secure a unit, review and sign a contract shortly afterwards. The unit was in pristine condition and although I only rented for a few weeks I was able to access the property easily and without any problems. If you’re in need of storage space whether short or long term this company is very organised, clean and always available to meet your requirements. Signs are clearly displayed in the front of the facility in the event there are issues when the office is closed. You can tell the owner and all staff take pride in providing this valuable service, something lacking in other places.
