The staff was easy to connect with, extremely knowledgeable, helpful in assisting my needs for storage space, and told me about introductory deals they was available! Moving in was very easy. The facility is well lit, had the equipment I needed available, and felt like a safe environment . What I was most happy about is the safety and security of the building and property!

Had a great experience. Easy to navigate, clean place, and any time I interacted with customer service folks on the phone or in person, they were kind and respectful - even when I lost my keys and had to cut the lock cut off! Cindy is especially friendly and helpful.
