Have a 4 bedroom place I'm storing away. Filled the first unit and needed a 2nd. I reserved the 2nd one over the phone, told them I wanted a unit as close to the 1st as I could get so things could be sorted a bit differently. They paid no attention to what I said and gave me a unit that is a 30 or so second drive away from the first. This obviously helps 0% with the sorting idea. None of this storage is secure as the gate has been broken for some time and the entire place has maybe 3 security lights. Over the 7 months I was at the Chelsea Maine location 2 of my units leaked. The manager saw the leak and repaired it but zero luck filing with their insurance because I changed phones and list my pictures of damaged items. The rent went up either 2 or 3 times while there, once because they finally repaired the pothole filled driveway and parking areas between the rows of bays and once when they upgraded lighting and added cameras, I believe there was a third time though but no work was bei g done so im not sure why. Over the 7 months they did not repair the gate so the facility was NOT SECURE, as it was advertised to be. When they paved there was dirt a d leaves blown into ma y bays because they had no rubber strips on the bottom of the roll up doors. I don't know if anyone reading this knows what dirt, rocks and leaves do when they're blown I to sewing machines, stereo equipment or drum heads but all were damaged. If you're thinking about cubedmart in Chelsea Maine, do yourself a favor andcrent across the street instead.

Had a fantastic experience renting the storage unit. I started it online and John reached out via phone to find out if I had any questions about the size and to ask what I would be storing so he could make sure I had the correct size for what I needed. Because of that call, I ended up going into the office to finish setting everything up and he answered all my questions, explained the difference in what would fit and also went over the promos for the different size units so I could make an informed choice. Once all was signed and done, he drove me down to my unit and made sure to show me the best way to close the sliding lock so no one can open it without the key. I've rented many storage units previously, but this is the best customer service I have received.
