I've never had a problem with this place. Julia has been an absolute peach whenever I had a question or needed to verify a payment at one point. To inform people, their communications are strictly over the phone; there isn't anyone directly at the facility.

Was locked out of the property for over three months. The site manager Irah kept saying I was entering the wrong code. Which I was not. I kept going on their website and verifying the code I was entering. They did not help after repeated emails. I ended up moving out of that place after they left the gate open for a winter storm. Horrible property manger will never go back

Customer Service is Way beyond Excellence and Professionalism. They were so patient when I was doing my paperwork online, cause I had no clue what I was doing, the woman walked me thru it step by step. No other company would have taken the time to do that. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a storage unit. They go above and beyond like you could never imagine!
