The way they raise rents is crazy. I started June 1st at $120. My rate now for April 1st $320 (10 months time), If I signed a new larger unit it is less money. Also, they automatically charge for a lock and if you don’t return it right away you can not get credit back for it. It does not say anywhere that I found that this is the policy, but they claim it is. Last, when you sign up online you cannot prepay for a year or even 6 months to look in a price. They informed me though when I asked, they can do it through the office but if you already signed up online there is no way to adjust it. Place is actually the worst. The manager couldn’t care less if you’re an unhappy customer. You have all my contact information if you want to contact me.

When moving our belongings into the unit there was always a presence from staff . We feel our unit is safe and secure . Very happy with our choice as there were other options in the area.
