This is the number one worst company that it is this company has no respect at all. They go up $100 at a time. Maybe they think because it's a big bin that you wasn't going to move out or I moved out. The rent was $315 I found a place same size 10 by 30 for $129. They wants to go up every 4 months which is crazy nobody got money like that they put a low price on and then when it get you in there they want to go up it's not fair if you want $300 and you need to put $300 on it so people can keep on moving on and find what they can afford. This is really bad times out here nobody can't afford money like that. They lose customers and lose respect for their company. Go back to basics. But right now this company got the poop award.

I did not want to bring my concern here however due to the new manager telling my child that she doesn't care if she writes a review or not constitutes the purpose. Her name is Loretta & she's new to the facility, she showed no compassion or care for my daughters problem. My daughter was sure to be utterly honest about her situation as well. If I were to explain my child's situation, any "manager" with a human heart & experienced customer service would be sure to create a resolution outside of a script. Especially since Loretta made a major mistake 3 months ago mixing my child's storage unit with someone else's (we have proof) which could have caused chaos (yet we didn't resort to complaining or writing a review or going to social media to get compensated for the inconvenience it caused). Its even Hearing the conversation they had showed that she has no moral compass & relies heavily on having "authority" than giving customer-centered judgement & understanding. Despite holding a "manager" title, her actions reflected basic level tasks definitely not leadership or problem solving. Not to mention, the unprofessionalism of her eating food at the front desk during her working hours is alarming. After endorsing this company with many referrals (who are still storing things) & TWO previous 5 star reviews in good faith last year, this treatment shows they cant be trusted long term & a failure to valuing existing customer relationships. I'm willing to remove this review if higher leadership provides an effective result for my child. And prior positive reviews does not excuse or invalidate the service my child received during her interaction.
