2 years. 👎 Great employees though. 👍 I was a customer here for about two years and I’d like to leave my honest review. I gave two stars because the staff were all very friendly and helpful and legitimately very nice people. However, the facility was always dirty and disgusting, there were people doing drugs in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Definitely had a mouse problem, though I will say I never saw any big rats so that’s a plus, but I know for a fact that they got into my stuff and there were droppings in my unit. About six months in I informed them that there was a pocket of water underneath the roof a couple units down from mine at no point in the two years I was there was it ever dealt with. I’ve provided a picture. My biggest problem was not all of these problems however. When I first started renting my unit there, I was paying about $70 a month. I felt like for that price I would deal with all of these issues that the facility had. Unfortunately what they do is incrementally increase your rent every couple of months. So in less than two years, my rent had more than doubled and when I got the notice that it was gonna go to more than $150 a month I immediately called and informed that I would be moving out. I will say the staff did a great job canceling my account and getting me out of there by the end of the month. I just don’t think it’s reasonable to increase what the customer pays at such an exponential rate without simultaneously increasing the quality of your product, or even making the slightest attempt to do so.

Tira was amazing. She helped me get a firm understanding of all the payments and how they work. The unit i have is a 10x10 and it’s huge for what i need. I wanted to initially get a space to house my gym equipment and the 10x10 is perfect. Tira was able to allow me to see the unit before making the purchase and show me how to utilize the app to make things much easier. It’s rare to find such excellent service these days, and I truly appreciate her effort. Highly recommend!
