If I could leave more stars I would….. this place is just amazing. Let’s start with the wonderful people who work here. They are the nicest people I have met in a long time. They are so welcoming and friendly. We won a storage auction here and ended up needing more time and Mrs. Tony was more then accommodating. This was my first unit and she dealt with me, all my 101 questions and forgetful self so incredibly well. She deserves to be recognized because she honestly IS the logo of this establishment. I told my husband after leaving I’m gonna miss this place when we get this unit cleaned out. It really is because of her and the other two gentlemen that work here feel so warm. If you need something or have questions they are on it. They are more than just employees here. The customers that came in who rent a unit are just as sweet. These good people bring in good people. It’s almost like they have become family between the people who work there and the customers I have seen come in while I was there. If you are looking for a safe and secure place to hold all your precious belongings you want to rent here. These people don’t just work here they CARE. That is hard to come by. They care about what they do, the people that walk through that door, the storage company as a whole. You know your things are in good hands. I like most places you get people with nasty attitudes and just wait for the clock to turn 5 with zero respect, make empty promises, don’t answer or return your phone calls, get zero service etc. Stop giving places like that your hard earned money, or even trusting people like that with your belongings you care about and put your money here where you won’t have any headaches or frustration. Thank you Mrs. Tony for literally the best experience a girl could have for her first go at an auction bid, thank you for being so understanding, kind, helpful and welcoming. You truly took a very large weight of nervousness off my shoulders. ❤️ You all are truly amazing.

Absolutely unreal experience. I rented two storage units the same day, one under my name and one under my wife’s. We are both authorized on each other’s accounts, which was already on file. I was moving cars into the units and the front desk lady immediately became hostile. She demanded paperwork — fine, no problem. Then she gave me a hard time because I didn’t have my physical ID even though I had a valid digital copy, which she accepted at first. When I brought the vehicle paperwork, she suddenly refused it because the car going into my wife’s unit was registered under my name — even though I had current registration and again, we are both authorized on both units. At this point it felt like she was just looking for reasons to argue. Her tone kept getting louder and more aggressive. I calmly asked why she was being so rude and hostile, and it only escalated. I even offered a simple solution: register the Miata under my wife’s name and swap which car goes into which unit. She flat-out said no — even though that was exactly the paperwork she was demanding. After staying calm through all of this, I finally pointed out that it made no sense, and instead of resolving it like a professional, she terminated the lease on the spot, started yelling that the cars had to leave immediately, and threatened to call the cops — which she actually did. The police showed up and, unsurprisingly, did nothing because I hadn’t done anything wrong. I’ve rented from multiple Self Storage Plus locations and have never been treated like this or had any issue storing vehicles. This was hands down the most disrespectful, unprofessional, power-tripping behavior I’ve ever dealt with from a storage facility. If you value being treated like a human being, avoid this location. Policies are applied inconsistently, and the staff would rather escalate and call police than do their job or communicate respectfully.

This is not my first storage with this location. This is my 4th one at this same location. Why here? Treated warm, friendly and very professionally. The same person always greet me by name as soon as I walk in the door. Her beautiful smile always say "Welcome back". She is a five star all the way.
