This place is five star it’s always clean. The customer service is always pleasant and I never have any hiccups when it comes to this property. I feel my storage unit is secure and if I had any issue, I could always call on diamond and Tiffany. They are here to rescue Customers from a hard time not all heroes wear capes. Thank you so much.

I came in to Extra Storage at the Capitol Heights location to upgrade my storage unit. I was assisted by Asia who was personable, professional and courteous. I first spoke to her the phone and she let me know which units were available for my needs. Once I got to the office, she took her time to find me a great larger unit that was not far from my current unit (in the same building). Asia explained the pricing and once I agreed to the terms and pricing, she took her time to update my unit and put in my cancellation notice for my current unit so I would not be charged for an extra month. I am totally satisfied with Asia’s customer service.

My storage experience was pretty cool with Elexus. No issues…. She was very polite and helpful. Hope my rental experience is just as good considering the self storage I left on Kenilworth Ave, but so far so good. I’m satisfied!!
