They were beyond helpful and kind, and just made me feel that this was enough that I made the right choice. However, I then went to my unit, which was a whole new and wonderful experience. You drive into the building, and the units are within. The locks available are basically inner flat locks, so there's no way anyone can cut them off. Very High Tech, very clean, and would highly recommend.
