Someone with the customer skills she has, knowledgeable and making you feel at ease is something that is becoming rare nowadays, but she is that and way more! Linda made move in so easy and made me feel confident about the location I’m storing my things in! She showed me the facility prior to move in, and the place was so clean! After having a bad experience with my old storage unit in a competitor’s facility, cleanliness of the grounds and facility was my top concern and she put me at ease with choosing this location.

Ms. Linda is amazing! My usual location was closed for remodeling, and I was never given a heads-up. I normally make my payments in person, so when I arrived, there was only a sign saying that in-person payments had to be made at the nearest Extra Space location. When I came to this location, Ms. Linda was incredibly friendly, helpful and felt very genuine in her wanting to help. I was having issues with my card, and she kindly told me I could call back the next day and that she would help me process the payment over the phone—which she did without any problem. Extra Space, I truly hope you’re paying this lady well because she is absolutely amazing 👏
