I had an extremely disappointing experience with Beaver Creek Storage in Hagerstown, MD. My privacy was violated when staff entered my storage unit without prior notification, which was neither an emergency nor a compliance inspection. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue amicably, their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for tenant rights made it impossible to continue doing business with them. Additionally, after vacating my unit and providing photos to expedite the re-leasing process, they delayed advertising the unit for over a week and later removed the listing to accommodate their auction. This negligence caused unnecessary frustration and financial impact. Their communication was disrespectful, dismissive, and inconsistent, and they failed to provide timely responses to my inquiries. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone who values professionalism, accountability, or tenant rights. Avoid this facility if you’re looking for trustworthy and respectful service.

For three years, my stuff sat in storage at Beaver Creek. My stuff was safe and sound. I never worried about that. But the icing is the wonderful customer service. Nicest people in the office. They were always kind and friendly on the phone, when I would call to pay my bill. They have online billing now. I was late a few times and they were never rude or condescending in any way. They also have candy at the desk. The grounds are clean. The people are friendly. The stuff is safe. It is really all you can ask.

They rip you off!! Why do I have to pay a month when I only owed for 4 days!! Well, I called and I was told that's just how it goes. We have mice in our unit, she says that's just what happens!! So not only do they rip you off, they are disrespectful, ignorant, and Nothing has been done to FIX ANYTHING!! I have insurance I called to get the number, she hung up on me 4 times. This is person SHOULD NOT BE DOING ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY WILL lose business if you can't be trusted to not take care of mice broken doors. Just horrible! Everything we own is in that unit! What do we do to get them out??
