My only negative comment is that this particular location wasn’t easy to find considering it’s below a mall. However, once I found it, David was there to greet me & he made my experience so easy. Cube Smart is better than my current storage situation at Public Storage in every single category—cost, cleanliness, value, climate control, customer service, & accessibility. I was about to give up and look elsewhere after not finding the place initially, but I’m so glad I didn’t. David’s professionalism was top tier. I signed up for a new unit that same day, and am excited to move my stuff out of Public storage.
