Their customer service is likely the best I have experienced in the service sector. After punching in our access code to enter the facility, they immediately sent a representative to greet us at the unit and have it unlocked and ready to use. The entire facility is spotless clean, and air conditioned as advertised. Lots of space in both elevators, and three loading docks so you don't have to fight with others for space. They also have dolley's and a bunch of moving carts to help, so you don't need to carry all your heavy boxes by hand. We completed everything online the night before, which took about 10-15 minutes to read and sign. Very easy, and comes with automatic payment options, plus insurance can be added. Would recommend to anyone. Also, during the recent covid situation, they have complementary hand sanitizer at the entrance, and everyone we saw was practicing social distancing + wearing face masks. Felt very safe!

Jheromell Arcilla is the manager of this facility and consistently goes above and beyond the basic level of service I have experienced at other storage facilities. I highly recommend using this Acorn Self-Storage over any other option.

Was able to reserve a unit then meet the staff a few days later. All my information was already in the system so the amount of time to complete the paperwork and get the unit was m minimal The staff was awesome. Then a quick tour of the facility showing me my unit......OUTSTANDING!!! Place is spotless.
