Outsanting Cutomer service, Feels very safe, is very clean, Fair price.

Great costumer service. Thien, the manger was fantastic, (i actually though he must be an owner). I had a scheduling issue on my move-in date, and he worked with me and resolved it in a most generous manner. The place feels really safe (important to me as i footmen go to the unit alone). It is super clean and easy to access.Th price is a bit higher that other places, but i have been renting units for a long time, and have learned that you get what you pay offer. Also, this place allows you to pay in advance, which locks in the rate for that entire time. For someone like me, that works great becasue my life is feast or famine.I highly recommend!!

Excellent space, helpful staff, great value!

Their customer service is likely the best I have experienced in the service sector. After punching in our access code to enter the facility, they immediately sent a representative to greet us at the unit and have it unlocked and ready to use. The entire facility is spotless clean, and air conditioned as advertised. Lots of space in both elevators, and three loading docks so you don't have to fight with others for space. They also have dolley's and a bunch of moving carts to help, so you don't need to carry all your heavy boxes by hand. We completed everything online the night before, which took about 10-15 minutes to read and sign. Very easy, and comes with automatic payment options, plus insurance can be added. Would recommend to anyone. Also, during the recent covid situation, they have complementary hand sanitizer at the entrance, and everyone we saw was practicing social distancing wearing face masks. Felt very safe!
