Bottom Line: Whatever rate they're showing you they will increase by 50-80% within 3-6 months. In my case they added $200/mo for my two units. They don't say this anywhere except in the fine print of the rental agreement when you sign up, and they say they will give you 30 days notice (but only by mail and not to the email or phone number they send every other communication to). It's a scummy business practice and they know what they're doing. If it's not already illegal under Maryland's Consumer Protection Act, it hopefully will be soon under that or another junk fee / price transparency bill. So other than bait & switching and the gaslighting they'll do about how it's in the contract and they sent a LETTER (in 2025), the units are clean and access is easy.

Great customer service, answered all questions. The Gentleman was very informative of all information we needed . He took his time to show us how to navigate the app step by step. In addition, when I called the following day he gave great customer service once again. I will highly recommend this location.
