The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful in answering all my questions and making the rental process quick and easy. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Walked in and was greeted by ShaRon, who was extremely nice and helpful. She helped me pay my bill and get set up for a new unit in a matter of minutes. ShaRon answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to switch units. It was time to downsize.

GREAT STORAGE FACILITY WITH OUTSTANDING STAFF!! ShaRon (Site Manager) and Megan (Assistant Manager ) are amazing!! From first day walking into the office you are met with professionalism and clarity on what they offer and they review the tiniest of details before you move forward to rent a storage unit, during the rental process and well after you settle in. No questions are bad questions because they are there to answer and guide you to your best decision. I have forgotten some things that I wanted to ask and week or two later they came to me and they weren’t bothered in the least in me asking those questions. It’s a lot to move into a storage unit for a variety of reasons but you are greeted with friendly and supportive staff that are there for you. The facility is well maintained. Everything from stray trash to bugs and spiderwebs to security, you won’t be storing your belongings in a dump. “THIS STAFF WORKS HARD” If they don’t take care of something first, you only need to mention what your concern or issue is and they will do their best to make sure they address it. I would recommend this Facility and Staff over any other in the county. Thanks again ShaRon and Megan!!

Always helpful, always nice and kind, almost feels like family. Takes care of business immediately, takes the time to listen to their customers. Helps them in every way.
