Was initially a great price then the price shot up like $50. Overall, easy process to move in and out. Although there was a lot of mouse and rat waste in the unit and in my couch which I now have to get cleaned. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great facility near our home. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating to our needs and requests. We accidentally missed a payment and John waived the late fee for us. No complaints John and Shannon always take great care of us. Thank you for your great customer service!

I was under duress when having to find a storage unit due to a circumstance that was out of my control. It necessitated my having the find a place quickly which is why I chose this particular facility. Sometimes stressful situations causes you just to 'sign the darn thing and get on with it' just so you can get to the next task. I thought the cost of $211 for a 10x15 was a bit excessive but I did it. When the cost went to nearly $250 about 3 to 4 months later, I had a fit. My attitude probably wasn't right. The young woman working the desk didn't have a good response either by merely stating, 'well you signed the contract..' After that response, I endeavored to get out of there as quick as possible. However in fairness, I did get to work with John in the end helping me to bring closure. Thanks John for making the closure process seamless.

Great experience at this storage facility! The units are well-maintained and offer a variety of sizes. The staff was also very helpful. Highly recommend if you need a reliable place to store your belongings!
