The staff at the Pasadena store are so friendly. I had a couple questions the answered immediately. Took care of my space meds. James is training but one of the nicest people I've met. Marvin runs a great store. Thank you guys.

The first 2 months were fine until they raised my monthly payment almost double what I was originally paying. I got the unit that was about $82 a month and added the additional $11 for the insurance so I was paying $93 a month. I was told that my price would rise about $20 within 3-4 months and I said that was fine. I got a letter stating my bill would be $175 monthly. Bizarre. I set up my move out date after paying that ridiculous price for 2 months and when I moved my things out I had mouse residue and feces all over my belongings. They tore apart some of my son’s school crafts, chewed holes into some clothing, etc - I lost more than what it was worth to hold my things. Not to mention you’re obligated to buy a lock that you can’t use for anything else but maybe that’s their way of collecting not only more money but additional locks they can reuse. Take your lock that you pay $20 for even if you can’t reuse it for anything else. Never again

Jacked up my prices after 3 months. Also informed the management on day 1 that the light bulbs did not work and that a sliding door was not secured. They came out and put 2 screws into the door and never fixed the lights. This is predatory practice.
